1. Bookings & confirmation

Bookings are available only to adults aged 18 or older. An enquiry must include accurate contact information, the occasion, duration and a public venue in Nagpur. Availability and boundaries are confirmed in writing before a 30% advance is accepted.

2. Payments, cancellations & overtime

• Advance: 30% of the quoted amount confirms the date; the balance is due on completion of the booking or show.
• Rescheduling: free up to 72 hours before the booked date, subject to availability.
• Cancellation: cancellations within 72 hours of the booking forfeit the advance; same-day cancellations are billed at 50% of the quoted amount.
• Overtime: a 30-minute grace period is included; beyond that, overtime is billed at ₹1,500 per hour, agreed on set before continuing.

3. Platonic service boundary

Nagpur Queens provides social accompaniment only. Sexual contact, sexual performance, private-room meetings, nudity, drugs, illegal activity, harassment and requests involving minors are prohibited. An escort may end a booking immediately if these boundaries are breached; no refund is due for the unused time.

4. Conduct, consent & safety

Both parties must behave respectfully and may withdraw consent from any activity at any time. Meetings occur at the agreed public venue. The client must not secretly record, photograph, intoxicate, pressure or misrepresent the escort. Nagpur Queens may refuse or end any booking that appears unsafe, unlawful or materially different from the enquiry.

5. Venue, travel & expenses

Standard services cover public venues within Nagpur. Tickets, meals, local transport and other agreed expenses are paid by the client and listed in the quote. Private residences, hotel rooms and undisclosed venue changes are not accepted.

6. Liability

Liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking. No responsibility is accepted for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption or venue issues; in such cases the booking is rescheduled in good faith.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. The terms attached to a confirmed booking are the ones in force on the date the advance was paid.
